Boulder Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Cannabis has a long history of medicinal use in many cultures. Just a few of it's benefits: it has been shown to reduce tumor growth and spread of cancer in patients who have the disease, reduce chronic pain and nausea, and increased the food intake of HIV/AIDS patients.

Thirteen states have recognized medical marijuana to date, including Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. California, Colorado, New Mexico and Rhode Island, however, are the only states to utilize medical marijuana dispensaries to sell medical marijuana.

Seven other U.S. states are currently considering medical marijuana bills in their legislatures: Illinois, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.
